A new Grade A office development coming to Bridge Street Manchester.
The CUE team are excited to be working with Vision Developments on their new project Bradley's Court including branding and full marketing services.
The brief was given to CUE to design and create a new name and logo for the one of the last void sites within the core of Manchester City Centre. On choosing the name for Bradley’s Court CUE looked through the Heritage Impact Assessment prepared for Vision Developments by The Architectural History Practice Limited.
In the process of looking back in time we identified a court yard, which was originally called Bradley’s Court.
Stephen Cliff, Director of Vision Developments commented, “I am always fascinated by the history of a site and always enjoy the research into historic uses. I was astonished when our marketing company, Cue Marketing, identified that the previous courtyard was known as Bradley’s Court, and as my son is called Bradley how could we not call the proposed development Bradley’s Court!”
The logo design was inspired by the contemporary style of architecture with it's sharp geometric lines. The 3 highlighted windows in the logo represent the 3 buildings which originated on Bridge Street in 1849. The other three represent other retailers backing onto Wood Street.
The new building will provide a 40,000 sq ft of offices over seven floors above retail/restaurant space of 3,000 sq ft. One of the upper floors will benefit from a generous set back providing a panoramic roofline view of Manchester from the terrace.
We can't wait for more developments to take place!
