Facebook has launched it's 'Marketplace' service to rival eBay and competitors.
Set to launch in the coming days on the Facebook app, users and businesses will now be able to buy and sell items with friends.
The service will enable users to see photos of items that people nearby have for sale. To find something specific, users can search at the top and filter results by price, category and location. You can also browse in a variety of categories including Apparel, Household and Electronics.
When you decide you want a product, you can direct message the seller. Facebook does not facilitate payment through the app, however alternative platforms such as PayPal may be used.
So, will you be using the new service?
